To prepare this risotto you will need: 1 pound lobster tail 5 ounces mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup dry white wine 3 tablespoons mustard 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, finely minced 1/2 meddium onion, chopped 2 cups risotto rice (Arborio,Carnaroli) 1/2 cup passion fruit juice 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste How to prepare the risotto: Heat the olive oil, saute garlic and onion until brown. Add the lobster tail and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper, wine, mustard, passion fruit juice and mashrooms. When boil, reduce heat to low, put the lid on and cook for 10 minutes. Then add rice and 2 1/2 cups of water. Cook partially covered until water has almost evaporated. Finally add Parmesan cheese, cover and serve after 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal !!!
