Ingredients:
- 24 Large Scallops
- 12 Slices Of Bacon, Cut In Half
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
Preheat boiling pan. Combine 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper, with 1 tsp. of garlic powder. Wrap scallop with bacon strip and secure with toothpick. Sprinkle mixture on the scallops. Place in boiling water for 5−8 minute. Serve. Prefer crispier bacon? Preheat oven to 375. Bake bacon in oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for desired crisp, or until bacon is browned. Flip bacon once during baking, usually 3-5 minutes. Serve.
