Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup sugar for sweeter muffins add 2Tbs. more of sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Cup walnuts, (chopped)
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cup blueberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 12 cup muffin baking pan. In large bowl combine; flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in chopped walnuts. In small bowl beat; egg, milk, butter and vanilla. Pour egg mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until flour is moistened. Add in blueberries. Spoon into muffin cups and bake 20 to 22 minutes or until the tops are golden brown as picture shows.
