Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place 36 2 inch foil baking cups on a baking sheet with sides. Place one vanilla wafer with the flat-side down, on bottom of each cup. Place 5 to 6 morsels on top of each of the wafer. Beat cream cheese; sugar, flour in large mixing bowl until it's creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat well. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture into each bake cup. Bake for 15 minutes or until set. Do not let cheese cupcake turn brown. Remove from oven to a wire rack. While still warm, top cheesecakes with the remaining morsels. Morsels mite soften but will retain their shape. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate. |
