Carrot Cake


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 11/2 c salad oil
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 3 c grated carrots
DIRECTIONS:

Blend sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl.Stir in flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Fold in carrots and walnuts. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting after cake has cooled.
