INGREDIENTS:
Blend sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl.Stir in flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Fold in carrots and walnuts. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting after cake has cooled. |
