English Fish And Chips

Ingredients:
  • Fish fillets
  • 1 c. flour
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • Milk
  • Chips - reg or French fries

Directions:

Mix flour and baking powder. Add milk until batter is consistency of pancake batter. Dip fish in batter. Cook in deep fat.
